These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and UZERFY LTD ("Uzerfy", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Account Terms

- Provide accurate and complete registration information

- Maintain the security of your account credentials

- You are responsible for all activity under your account

- One person or legal entity per account

Acceptable Use

- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our policies

- Do not upload content that violates platform policies or applicable laws

- Respect intellectual property rights of others

- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Services

- Do not create fake accounts or manipulate our systems

Content & Intellectual Property

- You retain ownership of content you upload to Uzerfy

- You grant us limited rights to process and optimize your content to provide the Services

- Our AI-generated variations are provided under fair use principles

- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all uploaded content

Service Availability

- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service

- Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance

- We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

- Free accounts may have usage limitations

- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms

Payment & Billing

- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance

- Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period

- Price changes will be communicated in advance where required

Limitation of Liability

- Services are provided "as is" without warranties

- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

- Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the previous 12 months

Termination

- You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings

- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks

Changes to Terms

- We may update these Terms periodically; material changes will be communicated in advance

- Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance

Governing Law

- These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States

- Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law
